Ice Beach

Marjan Beach represents a large-scale coastal development project located in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. Spanning 85 million square feet, it features eight distinct neighborhoods, three kilometers of pristine beaches, and 6.5 million square feet of green spaces. This development aims to create 22,000 residential units and 12,000 hotel rooms, designed to support a population of 74,000 residents, with a workforce of 32,000 people, while attracting up to 180,000 annual visitors.

Strategically positioned along the Arabian Gulf, near Al Marjan Island, Wynn Al Marjan Island, Al Hamra Village, and the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ), Marjan Beach enjoys optimal connectivity through major routes and developing infrastructure projects.
